With a background in real estate, construction, and entrepreneurship, Neil built the company with a strong focus on integrity, communication, and doing things the right way. Known for his hands-on leadership style and relentless drive, Neil is passionate about building a strong team culture and creating a company clients and employees can trust. He takes pride in delivering high-quality service while building long-term relationships throughout the community.

Jakob Walker

General Manager

Jakob Walker is the General Manager at Poseidon Restoration and brings over 17 years of experience in the restoration industry. Throughout his career, he has worked his way up through the field, gaining extensive hands-on knowledge in mitigation, reconstruction, operations, leadership, and customer service. Known for his calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and accountability, Jakob plays a key role in leading daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the restoration process.
